Dr. Robert H. Latiff is a retired U.S. Air Force Major General. His last active duty assignment was with the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office. He is a private consultant on advanced technology matters to corporate and government clients and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Notre Dame. He serves on the Committee on International Security and Arms Control and the Intelligence Community Studies Board of the National Academy of Sciences. He is the author of Future War: Preparing for the New Global Battlefield.
